How do I watch Channel 4 without ads?

Does Channel 4 show an ad-blocker screen?
No. The extension blocks nothing: the ads are skipped to the end. The banner “Do you have Ad Blocker enabled?” only appears if an ad blocker is active on channel4.com.
I use an ad blocker. What should I do?
Turn it off for channel4.com. An active ad blocker there triggers the banner “Do you have Ad Blocker enabled?”. It stays on everywhere else.
How fast are the ads skipped?
In our test on 27/10/2026, 4 ads (10 + 20 + 5 + 15 seconds) were skipped in 2 seconds, and another break of 6 ads (110 seconds) was skipped too. The programme then resumed by itself.
Does it work on a TV, a phone or a set-top box?
No. Only in Google Chrome on a computer (Mac, Windows, Linux, Chromebook).
